A. Deliveries are all in the Philippines only.
Particularly in:
- Metro Manila
- Angeles City
- Pampanga
- Olongapo
- Bataan
- Tarlac
* Note: Delivery charges are posted upon checkout.
B. Delivery Policies:
- Our cut off time for Metro Manila and provincial areas is 12 noon
(Philippine Time).
- Items will be delivered on the same day between 10am to 6pm only
(No specific Time).
- Orders received beyond cut off time will be delivered the following
day, again, between 10am to 6pm
(Philippine Time).
- The orders will be accepted and processed daily. Except on
Sundays. But deliveries are made daily. ( So, orders that fall on a
Sunday will be processed on Monday, Philippine Time).
- On special occasions like Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's
day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Holy week
& All Saint's Day; A
special cut off period of 4 days before the aforementioned day
(Philippine Time) will be
applied to ensure availability of flowers and
timely delivery of your orders.

for the availability of the product.
- We regret that we do not deliver on Holy Week (Maundy Thursday &
Good Friday), November 1 (All Saint's Day), December 25
(Christmas Day), and from January 1 & 2 (New Year Days).
-To guarantee correct and timely delivery, it is the senders
responsibility to indicate accurately the name,
delivery address and
contact numbers (if possible) of the recipient.
- All sales are final but we will welcome customers inquiries; Just email

- Esting's.com shall not be responsible for any delay or non delivery of
your orders, either due to the forces of nature or
any unforeseen
circumstances.
